(November 25, 2022, 8:06 pm)Place was crazy for Black Friday after work, but I was able to ask a young man who was busy facing shelves for assistance. He was extremely helpful and got a flat cart to load my heavy workout equipment (50% Off!), showed me which barcodes to take photos of for the cashier, and took my stuff to the loading dock out back, where pickup was a breeze. Long lines but checkout moved fast.
You have a great customer service representative in Sebastian. He deserves a raise, I'm sure! I'll be back. Very pleased with my visit! -

(September 16, 2022, 1:03 am)The store is always clean and bright. The people who work there seem to know where things are and are very helpful when asked. We love the shoe department. My husband can always find a pair of shoes at Academy.
