United Doctors Family Medical Center Altoona

The only issue I had was the wait time. I was first appointment after lunch but had to wait an hour. They explained it was due to their new computer system. Other than that. I was very pleased with the service and everyone was super friendly. Great experience!

I love going here. The staff and Mrs. Lisa are all fantastic. I have had to go many times and everytime I have gone everyone are always fantastic. Mrs. Lisa has helped me so much there are not enough thank yous I could ever give her or her staff, all of them have helped me. I have been sick for quite some time and without the help of Mrs. Lisa and her staff I would not have made the improvements I have made. There again I can not thank all of them enough. I highly recommend going here if you have to. I know I could only give 5 stars but all of them deserve a 10.

Not only do I love Lisa Osborne, but by children love her as well. My son is really picky about his doctor and he absolutely adores Lisa. The girls in the office are very sweet, Melynda at the front desk is awesome as well she is very easy to work with. I love having them here in our little town.

Super quick and easy during this mess of Covid. Drove all the way across the county just to visit this office, and really glad I did. Everywhere else has been turning patients away or having wait times of 3-5 hours. The staff is really accommodating and friendly, as well.

A great local doctors office. My one complaint would be how many calls it takes to get someone on the phone to set up an appointment. I understand they are very busy during covid so I will still leave five stars. Other than that they are very friendly and good at what they do! Thankful they are in our area.
