Pep Boys

This was by far "The Best experience" I have had purchasing and having tires installed and aligned. I ordered the tires online and they arrived on time for installation. They also installed new TPMS sensors that I provided and ensured that they were operational at no additional charge. I am especially thankful to Mr. Parker who took excellent care of me.

We are traveling across the country and one of our tires was going flat randomly. We called all around and no one could see us quickly (4-5hrs) but this shop could squeeze us in AND did it in just an hour so we could be back on the road to my families. They were so kind and even let us keep our cat with us and didn’t turn us away for having a snake in the car . Thank you pep boys, you guys saved our trip!!

Clarence and Rakeem were amazing! Had a roadside battery emergency. They got us back in the road asap and we’re so kind! Wish I could give them 10 stars!
