The young lady didn't take her job seriously.I wasn't close enough to the speaker she ask me to speaker louder into the mic.From the speaker to the window.A manager has to step in to help out.I am grateful he was there.It let's me know he cares about his job.
Our food was correct most of all it was hot.
Thank you for stepping in sir and your patience.
Please more training for the employees.You never know who is at the speaker the owner, or mystery shopper etc.
