Middle Creek Medical Center LLC: Lindley Jeremy MD

Made an appointment Wednesday for Friday online. Arrived and checked in through text, and short wait until they advised me that they were ready for me to come in. Very simple process. Great staff and they took care of me. After diagnosis they called several scripts in for me at CVS. CVS did not have all of my scripts. Called Middle Creek and told them of the script issue and they changed it to Publix. Awesome customer service!!

I love this doctor office great doctors fast service always professional and very good on listening to the personal illness of the patient in order to not only test for but also treat the very concern you are having in that moment I could not ask for better and I been going to this office location for years...thank you for your time.

I've been here several times over the years, but have never met this Dr. Lindley Jeremy MD (or Jeremy Lindley?). In all the times I've gone, I've only had one experience that wasn't great. (Car accident. Could barely walk. They wanted me up and down and across the room, as usual - as if I wasn't crippled.) Every other visit was spectacular. The front desk is amazing. They treat me like family. The triage has always been good and the doctor has always been thorough.
