In the past, I have always dreaded taking my car to the shop. Not so with Bimmer. They have gone above and beyond to keep our animal rescue vehicles in good repair. The easy, friendly demeanor they present does not hurt either. I went into the office today.. totally stressed out. I locked my dogs in the car while it was running with AC on.. but I had to get them out. So.. I had busted the window to get to our dogs. By the time I had the dogs to where they needed to be I was soaked in sweat, bleeding arms and hands.. I walked into Bimmer babbling at high speed about the problem. By the time I left, I was totally calm and left knowing the window would be repaired at a very reasonable price. We have used Bimmer on several occasions now and I have yet to be disappointed in price or quality of their work.
