(March 29, 2021, 2:43 pm)Today was the first time I've been to STI Turf Care Equipment in Yorktown and I am extremely pleased for their service. The gentleman (forgive me for not remembering his name) at the front desk that greeted us when we walked in really made us felt welcomed as he tried to explain what he could about the lawnmower we had questions about, while waiting for one of the salesmen. Then when salesman Erik Boord arrived the customer service was the same. Very knowledgeable about their products and extremely helpful. This is by far the BEST experience both my wife and I have ever had and we are all about customer service! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness! You guys definitely have my business from here on out. Many Blessings!
