When it became necessary to move my mother to Birmingham in 2021 after the death of my father, Shawn helped us choose an independent living community that fit her needs and her budget. He made phone calls for us, set up tours and met us at the community each time we visited until we made a decision. He saved me a lot of leg work and phone calls myself. He kept me and my family informed via phone and email and answered any questions that arose prior to move in. We were very pleased, and our family would definitely use Shawn again in the future, if needed. And the best part is that there is no charge/fee to the family or resident for his services. It was a very tough time for us and Shawn grabbed the reins for us and took a tremendous burden off our plates, and for that we are very grateful!
