Best vet I’ve ever had. Wish we lived close enough to still use him.

Hey y'all my husband and I took our dog and cat to this animal clinic. They were very nice people. They came to the car got my babies took them inside. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Y'all keep up the excellent job.

My fur babies went in for grooming last week......they look AMAZING

They were excellent. I had to leave my fur baby in boarding because I had to work out of town for a week. The worker's are very polite They come out to your car to pickup and to bring your pet to you. If there is any issues they inform you before you leave.

Dr Branch and his team at Oporto Animal Clinic are amazing! He listened to me and really took the time to explain all the available options to me; he saved my cat's life. He didn't try to sell me on extra diagnostic things and he recognized that my cat was really in a crisis while understanding that as much as I love him, and it sucks to say, I wouldn't be able to mortgage my home for treatments that may or may not help. He watched my boy struggle and refuse food and water for one day before agreeing that there was something in there causing my cat pain. He gave me a price up front for the care he would need and even though the surgery went an hour over what he told me the price didn't go up. He called me with updates and kept me involved in my cat's care even though I couldn't go inside due to COVID restrictions (also glad they are still insisting on those - he and his staff wore masks everytime they came out to speak with me even though we were outside). His front desk clerk even brought Dave (my cat) out to see me for a minute before he went for surgery.
I guess I just want to thank a wonderful Doctor with a fantastic team who truly saved my cat's life.
