Dr. Ruth is my go to for my thyroid issues! She is amazing and has helped me tremendously!!! I can’t even begin to thank her for all the help she has provided without taking any pills or medicine!
This was my first acupuncture session. I was a bit nervous but it turned out to be a positive experience.
I have not got to exercise since Christmas break and even then it was short lived but I started walking Wednesday right after getting off from first job early and could only do 4 miles of mostly walking and little light jogging for my lower back and right leg running down into my right foot was to the point brought me to tears from hurting and Thursday had appointment with my Acupuncture lady Ruth in Hoover and today I did little over 6 miles and OMGoodness how much better my back, leg and foot feels! I have almost 70% relief and I need to go back in a week and the maintain it once a month! Kind of like a car you got to change the oil in it , brake pads, axels, jusy overall tune up and bygeorge ACUPUNTURE IS THE SURE THANG FOR ME! Thank you Mrs Ruth for making me feel whole again 😊🥰❤️❤️❤️ You’re the BEST
My wife was in serious pain on Saturday morning with a Carpul Tunnell flair up called Dr. Ruth. Not on did she see us on Saturday my wife left with about 80% of her pain gone. Look no further for the best in town
