(April 11, 2019, 12:34 pm)East river access, beautiful scenery and partially paved and gravel path for hiking. As well as worn foot paths through the woods. Kayak/canoe launch close to parking area. Several areas to relax and cool off in the river. Picnic tables and trash cans along main trail.

(June 12, 2018, 9:00 pm)This is our family's favorite swimming spot. Great walking trails and absolutely breathtaking. The water AKA Cahaba River is so beautiful and peaceful. There are a couple rope swings that my husband and my kids love to jump off of and everyone there is so polite. It's kid friendly and dog friendly. And the police come down there and check regularly for safety and they also pick up trash regularly. There's also a picnic table with a grill. Lots of people put their kayak or canoe in the waters High Enough and the best part is it's free and fun!???????❤??✌????????????
