Katie Vines, LPC

Katie is the perfect active therapist. I needed someone that would not only listen, but would also provide feedback and give me tools to manage my anxiety day-to-day. She is direct and honest. She takes good notes, always remembers exactly what we discuss during each visit, and builds genuine rapport and trust. I am moving or I would stay with Katie forever. I've worked with her for over four years and she will be difficult to replace.

I came to Katie by recommendation from a friend and she has immensely exceeded my expectations. She provides a comfortable environment and sense of safety that makes it very easy to talk to her. I've been with Katie for over a year now and she has managed to help me learn how to control my anxiety to a point where it minimally affects my daily activities. I would recommend her to anyone who craves an inviting and stress free therapy experience.
