Amazing customer service on both the phone and in person.
Calep was very attentive , detailed and professional in telling me about my vehicle and the services I was receiving , brakes and tires, and Meagan the office manager was equally personable and professional . I scheduled my service online and Meagan followed up with a confirmation call. Their service, integrity and professionalism is top notch .

I went to Mavis because I assumed I needed some brake pads. I'm no mechanic but I assumed I could tell if I needed rotors. But I was so wrong. When they told me how much it was gonna cost, I almost fell on the floor. But this sweet lady named Heather first showed me my rotors and explained the danger in driving and shared with me about ways that I could pay. I was so grateful. I was approved and my car is driving smooth. And let's not forget the two people in the front. The gentleman was kind too. I was saying pray for me that the price is cheap. We both laughed and talked and a different lady helped me with the paperwork she was very sweet too. They actually had me smiling through this thing when I I would've been sad. My phone was dying before we could finish up and wouldn't you know it they even had a charger to help me out. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thanks Mavis for getting me back on the road safe again.

LACEY!!!! Who was and is extremely kind, down to earth, honest and straightforward with me which is a rarity in a world we live in today!

I went last minute like 15 mins before closing on a Monday and she still treated me like I was family and took her time with me and made sure what she was educating and breaking down for me to understand made sense!

I have a 1999/Acura TL that I have been piecing together and now need to go visit my son in College in North Carolina and need new brakes and tires to make the 8 hour drive there and back home to Alabama!

She is very knowledgeable and gave me her honest opinion and professional advice with the best estimates possible! I am an emotional person at heart and tried really hard to contain and keep my overly excited inner emotions in check and remain professional along with her so not to become uncouth LOLOLOLOL!

The appearance of the facility was nice and clean and the Technicians all were about their quality work! I can't wait to take my car back and am so super excited that I found a new home for my car needs!

You pay$$$ for what you get and in this case you get more for your money in so many countless ways in quality, quantity and honesty!

I passed several Brake & Tire facilities and searched online and Mavis stood out like a bright diamond and once I drove there in person to see for myself, my expectations were super exceeded♥️

UPDATE....Came back on Thursday 9/17/2020 for all around tires, brakes and alignment! I took an PTO off day so they could take as much time needed to complete the job with excellence which they do anyway in minimum time flat for other services they provide!

Caleb, Shawn, Lacey & CEO and the entire Mavis Family front and back from beginning to end is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!

I am now a Family member for life and will have other much needed work done soon!

When I am able Financially I will come back and Bless Lacey Caleb and Shawn with $50 each just to say thank you?
