(May 23, 2022, 5:13 pm)If you're going to Bed, Bath, and Beyond, this is the location to go to! The customer service is some of the best I've ever seen! If anyone deserves special recognition, it's Renae! She went above and beyond(pun definitely intended) to see to it that my husband and I had an exceptional experience. She spent about 2 hours with us in the store being our personal shopper. I'm certain you won't meet a nicer soul. We will definitely be back for all of the needs in our home!

(December 4, 2017, 4:57 pm)We shop here often when we visit the Summit. The store is a little crowded with items making it difficult to navigate with a shopping cart. There are many items that are not clearly labeled with pricing so it can be difficult at times to try and find out how much something will be before you get to the register with the item. The customer service depends on which associate you get. Some are very friendly while others seem put off that you are in "Their" store.
