Hawthorne at Wisteria

I recently moved here and I am already obsessed with my apartment. I moved into a 2 bedroom 2 bath and there is so much space for me and my daughter. The area is quiet and so well kept. I couldn’t be happier and I’m very thankful for the staff for making my move super easy.

The office staff and the maintenance staff is phenomenal! I’ve never been in a complex that answers my request very timely and they treat us like family! They are the best hands down😇

I don't even know where to begin to tell you how AWESOME this place is! First, Kim is amazing and truly cares about the residents and wants what's best for them. She works late to get her job done and is always there for the residents at Hawthorne. This means everything to me coming from my past experience at an awful apartment complex who only cared about your money. I have the peace of mind knowing the staff at Hawthorne truly cares. Maintenance staff has been there for over 5 years which says a lot about management taking care of their people! I highly recommend this apartment out of any other apartment in the Bham area!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Without a doubt, the best staff and some of the best apartments in Birmingham. I can't say enough about how great management and all staff were when we lived here. From the time when we were first shopping around until when we needed to move from Birmingham, the staff went above and beyond what we expect from apartment personnel. The amenities are solid, the units are great, the location is great, but the staff is honestly what has made all the difference for us.

I toured the model recently and it is SO CUTE! I love the spacious floor plans and convenient location.
