The five stars I have given our relative because this is a fast food place and not fine dining, but that being said, there are two Zaxby's within reasonable driving distance of me and this one far exceeds the quality, service and cleanliness of the one that is nominally closer. At this particular location, the food always seems fresher, the service is exponentially better and the cleanliness of the restaurant is superior. My personal recommendation whenever you're eating at Zaxby's is to ask for the chicken fingers and french fries to be lightly fried. They have an organization-wide tendency to overcook both items. If you ask for them to be lightly fried, you will find the food much better.

I think the staff here need a kudos. I went here all the time during my pregnancy and have continued to go there since. I have never had my order done wrong. Everything is always really hot. They have the juiciest chicken tenders and best tasting Zaxby’s food around. Good job you guys!
