This is the second time I’ve used Mr. Appliance - this time for a leaking disposal. I’ve used the website to schedule appointments both times and it is incredibly easy to do and the website is easy to navigate (and I sincerely appreciate being able to use their website to schedule appointments since I am hearing impaired). Mr. Appliance sends confirmation texts along with notifications that someone is on the way - great communication.
Highly recommend Mr. Appliance services! As I’ve stated, I’ve used them twice before (washing machine and disposal) and will continue to use them in the future; they were knowledgeable, professional, very kind and polite, overall amazing people. Also really like the wide range of services they provide.
We had a leaking dishwasher and I did a quick google search for a repairman. I can’t get over how professional this company is. I got a text and email confirm of the appts. When the tech was on their way, I got a text that they were on their way with a photo of the assigned technician which is nice! You know who to expect. I did get a window for the service and he arrived right at the top of the window. Larry was our tech and he was fast, knowledgeable and professional. I have a lot of respect for companies who still provide a work car/truck so that you immediately know what business they belong to when they pull up at your home. When I opened the door, Larry already had his shoe covers on which for me is major respect because we do not wear shoes in our house. Would definitely recommend! We had to have some parts ordered and it was provided via email (items ordered, payment, etc) no dealing with papers etc. I do not like having paper receipts— my inbox is def my preference! Nice and easy!
Mr. Appliance was exceptional in ease of making an appointment online. The technician was timely, knowledgeable and excellent in fixing our 10+ year old dryer at a reasonable price. We are very pleased and thankful for the great work and experience. We will definitely call on Mr. Appliance in the future.
