Subsequent to my original review I received a call from Jace. He was very apologetic and solution focused. His action spoke volumes especially after the initial mishap (detailed below). It was apparent that he went out of his way to provide excellent customer service and even offered to personally assist me. I haven’t used the roofing repair service yet, but I’m looking forward to potentially working with him and this company. Thank you for your excellent customer service Jace!

Tried to use this business, but was unsuccessful. After learning that I was seeking an roof repair estimate on behalf of my parents, the receptionist immediately refused to do any business with me and demanded that my elderly parents call. After much back and forth I was immediately turned off by her attitude and decided not to do any further business.Terrible customer service.

There were some issues, but they resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks!

Finding someone to repair the flat roof on my residence was nearly impossible in the Tuscaloosa market. Then I called Hinkle. They were very responsive in providing a competitive estimate. More importantly, they showed up to do the work when promised - and kept me up to date along the way. Highly recommend; will use again.
