During the pandemic, if you don't get an appointment be prepared to be there 1 1/2 to 3 hours. They tell you what time to come back so you might can run errands or go back home if the time is later. Everybody we came in contact with were polite and courteous. Waiting is the new norm right now since only so many people can go in at a time.”

“This place is the place you need to go for tires or tire repair. We had a flat and looked up the closest tire place. We found Dale's online and decided to give a try. Yes, it does look like a place you wouldn't want to stop but don't judge it before you have tried it out. We literally pulled in and asked if they could fix our tire or get a new one if needed. The guy pulled off my tire and was able to patch it right up. It took about 5 mins. Very affordable as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing tires or a tire repair. Remember don't judge the place until you have gave them a try. Very friendly, fast and great service.”

After realizing all of the time and energy involved in finding, loading, and unloading all of our supplies needed for a large chicken coop (not to mention the number of trips it would take in our truck), we decided to take a chance to see if Alpha could pull these supplies and deliver them that same day. We called them on a Friday morning (weekend project) and they were so kind and helpful and were able to deliver ALL of the supplies and unload them next to our building site.
