“Update: They've made things right! Shortly after posting this review I was contacted by Joint Chiropractic. They asked me about my experience and as it turns out, they'd had similar complaints from other patients. The root cause? A singular doctor with a bad attitude, which I confirmed was the one I saw. I was asked to come back in and try them again under a no cost trial. I took the offer but have been slow to update this posting. It's been a little less than a month after giving the new doctor a try and I'm happy to say that I'm back in their care. Thank you Joint Chiropractic for reaching out to address my concern! Came here just after COVID protocols lightened and was the only one in the office. Front desk said, go on back. I pick an open adjustment spot and lay down. I was then told by the doctor to move to a different spot, which I did. While I was doing so, he very rudely commented as he was replacing the cover paper on the headrest that he should charge me for having to clean it again. Looking at my records he then began to question me on why I haven't been in for so long and why I wasn't taking my adjustments seriously. Hard times call for cuts, I shouldn't be made to answer for that. The adjustment after that was rushed and uncomfortable. To put the cherry on top, when I was done he stood me up and faced me toward the company's sign to lecture me on how they're running a serious business meant for consistent patients. He then handed me a card for "his" chiropractor and hand scrawled a number on the back of it telling me that I should go to him instead. Never returned. Worst experience ever.”
