Hands down the most pleasant cell phone transaction I've ever had. Didn't feel pressured, didn't feel like a number, didn't feel talked down to or impatiently. Great people all around.

Jessi was extremely helpful and sweet! She got me a better phone that was easier to work and saved $30 on my bill! If you need any bill help this is the store to go to. Everyone there is just so friendly.

Easily the best Verizon experience I've ever had. So glad this one re opened, I will never go to another store. I changed phones and had some questions and Luke helped me so much, with every question and set up my phone and all my pics. If you need a phone or have any any questions ask Luke!! He's the man with the plan!
