Best Gym in town! Great staff that are always smiling and welcoming. My trainer, Lindsey, is the best! She has given me the encouragement and push needed to meet my specific goals. You won’t go wrong by joining this gym.

This is a great gym with a friendly knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming vibe and not intimidating at all if you are new. The trainers are fantastic and will help you get ripped … especially Lindsey… she is smokin’ 🔥🔥🔥 and has the best arms in the gym!

I have been working out at 24e gardendale since 2013 and the people there have become like family. Knowing and building so many relationships there is part of what keeps me going back, they hold me accountable and keep me motivated. I have never had that at another gym. I highly recommend checking it out for sure.

I started at this gym after I moved back from the DC-area. All of the staff are so kind. They greet you when you walk in, they wish you well when you leave, and in-between can answer any and all questions you need. The fitness equipment inside is clean and plentiful. There are also so many classes for group fitness to try out, which really appealed to me as someone who is having to re-build their friendships/personal community post-move. I really enjoy this gym and would recommend it to anyone looking to find a fitness home!

Hand down best gym and trainer I’ve ever experienced. All my years of going to the gym and quitting. These guys keep me motivated and excited about coming and best of all I see results.
