I have been in healthcare for 40 years, and am always appreciative of awesome customer service for myself and my family. I have seen and experienced the worse of worse and now the best of the best. Living in Florence, AL, I chose to drive to Gardendale for this procedure after seeing Dr. Parks. The experience from seeing him, the scheduling, to the actual procedure was awesome. His office staff are friendly, engaging, and informative. The guys in the nuclear stress testing area are phenomenal - very professional, skilled, and personable. I would definitely drive the 110 miles again for any procedures at North Jefferson Imaging, Gardendale, AL. I say "give them a raise"!
