(July 14, 2020, 2:31 pm)Mallory Hale is absolutely the best, I called their office several months ago inquiring on rates, at that time it did not benefit me, fast forward to today Mallory contacts me with wonderful news that made my entire day. Meaning she held onto my information as she said she would. Mallory is very knowledge, informative and super sweet. She is a jewel to State Farm.
(June 16, 2020, 5:17 pm)State Farm is the product which we know is a good solid insurance company and has been for many years. But the outstanding quality to me is the great customer service I've experienced with this agency and in particular agent Mallory Hale.
Mallory called me for over a year and a half checking with me to see if I was interested in switching from my previous insurance company. She never pressured me to switch, was always respectful, and I always looked forward to hearing from her. Well due to her persistence we were finally able to work out a switch from my former company to State Farm. The time was right as I was able to save several hundred dollars for the same coverage. But had it not been for Mallory's continued persistence in securing my business it never would have happened.
I spent 22 years as General Manager for the worlds number 1 hotel company and I have worked with great customer service people and Mallory ranks with the best that I have ever been associated with. I have not had a lot of contact with the other professionals in the office yet but if they are all like Mallory, Scott Cantrell had done a great job of hiring.
