William Aldridge was my technician and he did an excellent job. He was courteous, professional, and very responsive to my questions.
Joe Cagle from Prestigious Appliance did a great job with our ASKO washing machine that has been having problems. He figured out the problems very quickly and ordered parts immediately. He also made time to service the washing machine as soon as the parts came in. He then helped us get a replacement washing machine ordered b/c of some problems that are unrepairable while getting our current machine "usable" until the new washer arrives. We were very impressed with his customer service skills.
Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Excellent work on our SubZero icemaker.
