Even though I had an appointment it did take longer than expected, but I know they were busy and working hard so it didn't bother me. The Team Roofing guys helped walk me through the insurance filing process, were with me when the insurance inspector came, and also contacted me several times during the installation to be sure all was going to my complete satisfaction. They were very helpful and I am sure without their help I would still be wondering how to start the process and now I have a beautiful new roof and they also did a very good job during the installation of the roof to not damage any of my property and also a very nice job of cleaning up when they were done.
