Pam is truly an expert at arranging vacations. Even in the midst of the pandemic our trip to Hawaii was absolutely perfect. She literally thought of everything. The quick responses and customer service was outstanding! We won’t ever consider traveling again without Pam!

Another great trip from Pam. She has planned trips for us to Costa Rica, Hawaii and Aruba. Each trip was unique and each well planned. All details covered. She always presents great options (some we hadn't even considered) and great pricing. If there were any issues, Pam would quickly resolve. Travel can be tricky, so it is nice to have an experienced agent to help navigate airlines, ground transportation, resorts, excursions and anything else that may come up along the way. Pam is AMAZING and has organized at least 6 major trips for us over the years. Her attention to detail, organization, experience, and fantastic recommendations are the reason that we come back to her time after time. I can actually enjoy our vacations knowing that Pam has taken care of every last detail. And on the occasion that something had gone wrong beyond her control (canceled flights, etc.) she has completely fixed that as well! She always goes above and beyond.
