ATI Physical Therapy

Knowledgeable and patient therapists, I'm confident Hoover ATI is a wise choice for rehabilitation

I love the Physical therapist at the Hoover location. I have followed Michael, Cindy and Carrie from location to location because of their excellent knowledge and care.

However, I am very frustrated with the billing office at ATI. We have secondary insurance that we pay extra each month from my husbands paycheck. We filled out the correct forms from ATI which includes our Blue Cross and secondary insurance. However, your billing office is still saying that the paperwork for the secondary insurance is still pending. Now we are getting calls about the balance owed. Finally, when I called the billing department yesterday some foreigner answered and we could not understand each other. I think your billing department has done a terrible job.

Therapist (Cindy) is very good. She is professional, caring, encouraging. All the staff is efficient and friendly. The facility is very clean and safe. I would highly recommend!

This is such a wonderful place to go to and I would highly recommend it! Everybody who works there are so nice and they are genuinely concerned about your progress. Michael (Hoover location) is hilarious and makes you laugh, even during the toughest time during physical therapy after a knee surgery. I have heard great things about all of the ATI locations in the Birmingham area, so you can’t go wrong with choosing one that is convenient for you!

The physical therapists at ATI seemed to genuinely care about me. It was very clean and the therapists were dedicated to providing the very best services for their clients.
