Dear Paul Mitchell,

I am Mark Elders and my brother is Tim Elders and every four weeks, we go to Paul Mitchell The School Birmingham 40061, 1694 Montgomery Highway, Suite 124, Hoover, AL 35216. The folks at Paul Mitchell Birmingham are so professional, so polite, so attentive to detail and they are dedicated to client satisfaction, and we've been getting our haircut there since 2018. I don't know that I can list every one there who has served us, so I will let you know of our most recent visit. Wednesday, 06/29/2022, Faith welcomed us and we signed in. Andrea S cut my brother's hair and she is so talented, professional, and nice. Alexa M cut my hair and she is also so talented, professional and nice too. And Debbie, one of the teachers, is also so talented, professional and nice too. Oh, and somehow, Alexa, Andrea, Faith, and Debbie all have such very attractive hand printing, like the sort of hand printing, perfect letters one might expect of an elementary school teacher, or an engineer. The folks at Paul Mitchell Birmingham deliver the kind of top quality service that just makes me and my brother feel good. I can really see the ladies there going really far in life with their careers, and with everything they do. Never been disappointed with the work done by the students. Teacher monitors all work and helps with quick corrections when needed. Good, inexpensive work, plus you're helping the students learn.

I absolutely love my new spiral ...Finally , Finally someone who understood what I wanted ...Thank you Ms Debbie and to the Sweet young lady who done my hair for me ...You guys are Awesome ...I will definitely be back to get my hair colored in 3 or 4 months ...And Congratulations to all of the Students who are going to be graduating in June ...Good Luck on Your Journeys .

I am so pleased with my first experience of Paul Mitchell. My stylist was Shelby, and she did a great job of listening to what I asked for. I was very pleased with how her instructor payed attention to her work and helped where needed and did an excellent job. I wish I had gotten her name.

I brought pictures and was very specific about wanting layers and they talked out ideas and were willing to give advice and do whatever I wanted. I never felt rushed (even though my hair was super long and it took an hour and a half) or like I was inconveniencing anyone even when I asked them to go back and put some more layers in.
Other salons had argued with me about layers in the past and seemed afraid to cut my long hair and I have left disappointed, but not here! Thank you all for a fun and relaxed environment with great prices too!
