The service at Vulcan Tire is second to none! I’ve been coming here for many years for all my car needs, from new tires/oil change to repair work. The employees here care about their customers and will go out of the way to ensure a quick/efficient, quality and affordable experience. Would highly recommend!

My two lug nuts were damaged and you couldn’t unscrew them the normal way.
At a fair price they removed and replaced them and rotated my tires. I will be back for more services, I really liked their services.

Everyone at Vulcan is amazing! They are so kind, friendly and extremely helpful when it comes to anything I need for my car. They do not come up with lists of things you really don’t need - their diagnoses are accurate and affordable. Every time I have a car need, I have a great experience and they fix my car in a very timely manner. I highly recommend their services!! You won’t be disappointed.

The service is always excellent. My daughter dropped off a tire that blew out around 230pm and they had a new tire installed by 5pm that day. I priced the tire replacement with Tire Rack and they were basically the same cost. You can't beat Vulcan.

My wife had a flat tire, while I’m in the hospital and she pulled into this tire company to have her spare put on because she couldn’t do it. The guys working there were very nice and helped my wife change her tire and while she was paying for the service the MANAGER came in and screamed,” oh we are just changing a spare tire, we are doing just great work” in a sarcastic manner! Probably because my wife wasn’t buying a whole new set of tires. We will never give this man any of our business if his company is to good to help a young lady change a spare tire. I would have told my wife to just replace the other tire until she told me what the managersaid. Avoid this prick at all costs and I feel for his employees.
After reading my review the owner called me and basically apologized for either the misunderstanding or my wife taking a co-worker joking around and assured me that Vulcan tire will make it right. He assured me that they were in the business of serving and helping customers in any situation. I thanked him for taking the time to address this issue and keeping it from happening to another stranded woman. I’m going to give Jeff another chance and go see him about some tires for my Audi A5. Everyone has a bad day so all is good and in the past.
