I highly recommend Self Health Care and Rehab Center! My father spent a little over a year living there. The staff loved and cared on him so well. I felt they truly cared what impact (mental & physical) the COVID pandemic was having on the lifestyles of the residents, as well as the concerned families not able to visit with their loved ones. They would have activities to help keep the residents in good spirits throughout the pandemic. They truly care about their residents.
Both my grandmother and father were at Self Nursing Home and Rehab. The care and compassion were wonderful. I can highly recommended this facility.
