  Very professional staff. The owner (Trey) really cares about the members and haves a great deal of respect for both staff and members. He’s really perfected his craft, and will get you where you want to be if you’re willing to do the work.

Trey Chaney (Owner & Fitness Coach CPT) Trey Chaney is a Birmingham, Al native. He graduated and played football at Shades Valley High School. He then furthered his career playing football for the University of Alabama Birmingham we're he received the Most Valuable Offense Back trophy in 2003.
