Ok, while at Bucee’s in Leeds Al my 2020 F250 starter would not engage. A Snapon Tool rep suggested calling Ron’s. He was spot on! Shane came and picked up my truck and hotshot trailer. They found the problem to be my flywheel had a few teeth missing. Shane took me to a hotel while they made repairs and picked me up when the repairs were complete. Everything was done under warranty. Super happy, super easy, super customer service!
