Kathy is very knowledgeable in her field. She is a wonderful listener, and does a great job balancing lab results with what her patients tell her about how they feel. She is also respectful of travel time and personal commitments, and while she does not rush, she is efficient with her time with you as a patient.

I have become a better Diabetes patient since I have been under the care of Kathy Palyo. Kathy has better explained the use of my meds to me, allowing me to use those medications to their maximum advantage. --Lee
