As others have noted, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
When we first arrived there was an off smell in the room and a used towel hanging in the closet.
The front desk immediately switched us to another room.
The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, mostly everything we could need was there.
The power strip above the nightstand was worn out and would not hold the charger plugs.
There was a light bulb out in one of the bed night lights. They immediately replaced it.
The furniture was somewhat worn, there was a little bit of hair around the room, there was a stain on one of the bed covers, one of the hooks was detached on the room curtain making it slightly difficult to close it off completely....
In spite of all the above, the outstandingly friendly staff outshone any deficiencies in the room.
I would definitely stay there again if I needed to visit the area.

Would absolutely recommend this hotel! We had a room block here during our wedding and all of our guests enjoyed their stay! Naji was such a helpful person to work with. He went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly for our wedding. He was very responsive with communication as he helped coordinate rooms, transportation, etc. We had a second room block at the Hilton Pearl River and if I could go back I would have canceled that one and put all our guests here as it was a much better experience for us coordinating and for our guests.

Me and my girlfriend stay was just great from beginning to end when we arrived we received some warm cookies. The staff was pleasant they upgraded us to the suite with the jetted tub which was a plus. The pool and hot tub were amazing good for the price okay location would definitely stay again I give it four stars and a half stars.

As an Insurance agent you need to trust the company's and people you refer to your clients and friends.
