I highly recommend this company! I selected SmartMove for the home inspection on a home I plan to purchase. I selected them based on the positive reviews. Plus a friend recommended them. Their website is very user friendly and I was able to select what I wanted and schedule it with ease! They contacted me when an earlier appointment became available which was very nice, although the original availability wasn’t far out. They performed a very thorough inspection and high quality pictures of any findings. They sent me the report shortly after the inspection. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and you will get an honest most comprehensive home inspection. And he totally explains all to you and if you have any questions during inspection he will gladly explain and answer any questions or concerns that you might have.
