I bought a super nice custom piece from DD in Bham, and it was probably the most painless large purchase I’ve ever made in my life. *Ask for Gerald!* He was courteous and respectful, made friendly conversation, and asked all the right questions to figure out your taste and what’s right and looks great on you and/or your partner. Most importantly, he was knowledgeable and had the experience to know what right looks like, and made sure I knew about some guarantees that DD offers, to give me the warm and fuzzy that I was going to be fine whatever happened. Overall, the place was clean, well-organized, staffed right, and they run a tight ship. And if they don’t quite have what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to ask what they can do for you. AMAZING SERVICE! My husband wanted me to give him some options on a ring guard/enhancer as an anniversary present. He looked at the times wrong and wegot there at 6:50 when they were closing at 7. When we realized the mistake, we offered to come back a different day, but they insisted that we come in to look. Unfortunately, I can't remember the lady's name who helped us. She was so sweet and helpful. We didn't feel rushed at all! She helped us like she had all the time in the world. I know how it is when you've worked all day and are just ready to go home, so this really said a lot about her customer service. They had a wide variety of rings to look at. They soldered my engagement ring to the new one and I could not be more happy with it!
