Mills Pharmacy

I usually use a chain pharmacy, but happen to stop in Mills a few months ago because the other pharmacies were out of stock on my medication. They are awesome! They are quick and friendly! They answer their phone without placing you on a 30 min hold. They make you feel welcome and like you matter, not like you are a number and a bother to them. This place is great! I would highly recommend them!

Best pharmacy around now I drive 30 miles just to shop there

Below is a review I left for Mills pharmacy two years ago at the first of the pandemic. I was concerned as everyone else was I have continued to do business here and I have been most pleased. I was contacted and spoken with about my complaint and they helped me feel at ease and I have enjoyed using this pharmacy ever since and I have no intentions to go anywhere else. I truly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

I have actually been quite pleased with almost everything at this Mills pharmacy location. The only complaint I have is that when I went by there about a week ago no one in the entire store was wearing a mask including the pharmacist. This was during a county ordinance to do so. Not sure what they have done since the governor made it a state wide requirement. I mentioned to the cashier that I was surprised that none of them were wearing the mask and she said they didn’t see the need since it wasn’t the beginning of the outbreak any longer which made absolutely no sense to me since things have gotten worse. I know this is a debated topic however I do expect my healthcare professionals to lead the way in setting the example. Other than this I have enjoyed every experience I have had in their store. I haven’t decided if I’m going to continue to use them or not.

My wife and I have been with Mills for 2 years. The staff have always been respectful and professional. They are always quick on refills and remind you ahead of time when you have or need a refill. They answer the questions you have and quick to resolve any problems. Johnathan and Josh and all the staff go above and beyond. Great place to do business. We lived in Pell City for 3 months and still kept are prescriptions there. Worth the drive.

This pharmacy treats their customers like family, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They go above and beyond to make sure you pay the best price. I feel like I'm visiting family when I enter the store.
