I absolutely would recommend Dede, she is beyond patient, understanding and knows what it takes to get a house sold. Our first contract fell through, within in a couple of hours we were back under contract. She knows her community well and has wonderful connections from contractors to gardeners! We live out of state and she made the process very easy for us!

She proposed an efficient sale process, arranged for the staging and photographs, gave me good and thoughtfully critical advice on staging my condo.
