(November 14, 2021, 9:54 pm)The Check Engine light on my Ford Transit came on when my driver was in the area of Accel Auto. I had the driver go to Accel for an accurate diagnosis.
(The driver had already been to Autozone and sold a set of plugs for a single cylinder misfire on a 40k vehicle. I know a bit about this stuff, and knew that was a parts seller guess and NOT an accurate diagnosis.)
Nathan at Accel communicated well on the phone, diagnosed an intermittent issue with a coil, and implemented a solution that was cost effective and solved the problem. Great experience! -
