The guys were great. David was very informative in explaining about my old system. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The installers Andrew and Lee did an awesome job installing my unit. It was very professional and they take pride in their work. I recommend this company to anyone looking. They have my business for life.

We needed to replace the units in our house which is never fun, but Perfect Service did a great job, especially Alex. He is an extremely hard and thorough worker who made sure every little detail was perfectly done. It was very impressive and we greatly appreciated all his hard work. We are about one month in with the new units and everything is working great.

Alex came out to assist other serviceman who couldn't find the problem. He is very dedicated. Thorough, business like and a pleasure to work with. He definitely is a great asset to the company. We will definitely ask for him at our next service appointment.

My AC units and heat pump were 19 years old. They were freezing up constantly. We were hoping to simply refill the freon until next year when we could better afford new units.

Garrett was the technician to come out for the service call and he was very professional, respectful, and courteous. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. The type of freon used my units is now banned and unattainable. He told me that the freon leak was essentially so bad that it'd be a waste of money to refill anyways.

We went through options of new units, costs, financing options, etc. He got us set up with options that worked out the best for us, and told me they'd be able to do the work that evening. The warranty that Perfect Service Heating and Air provides is the best in the state. We didn't even feel a need to shop around.

After we signed the paperwork, Garrett got right to it uninstalling the unit outside and everything in the basement while he waited for the other 2 technicians to arrive to install the new unit.

Andrew and Brian arrived very quickly to get started. They were also both very professional and knowledgeable about their trade. A door frame had to be removed in the basement so the unit would fit. Andrew assured me it would be fixed, and the day after they completed the work, I got a call about scheduling a visit for that to be fixed. I decided not to do both units in one night, so after they got the first unit replaced and cooling, we arranged a time for the next day to install the larger unit.

They got to my home around 1 and worked constantly until after 6pm. I felt horrible They had to climb the porch stairs plus the 2 flights of stairs to the unit in the attic. They never once seemed to complain or irritated. They truly remained courteous and patient the entire time.

Air conditioning in the South isn't something that you can just go without. We were in a pinch and I'm so grateful that this business took such great care of us in a time we needed honest, professional advice. I never felt as though Garrett was just trying to "sell" us. I felt respected and truly as though they cared about us.
