Dr. Cohn and his entire staff are the BEST!! I couldn't have selected any other surgeon that not only has superb bedside manners, but is an absolute perfectionist and works very hard to ensure all of his patients' expectations are exceeded. If anyone is on the fence about which plastic surgeon to select, look no further than Dr. Al Cohn.

Hands down the best plastic surgery center in AL. The staff, Dr. Cohn and the facility are AMAZING!!! Everyone is helpful, informative and most of all SUPPORTIVE. They answer your text at midnight, if you have any concerns… I loved that! I was never worried because I knew I was in good hands. Their bedside manners and all around attitudes are why I will never go anywhere else! Love them all!!!

I absolutely love the staff at Cohn Plastic Surgery! They were very professional and efficient. The office is beautiful and is very inviting. I was always greeted by my name when I entered the building, and there was nearly no wait time before I would be taken to an exam room. I appreciate Dr. Thomas and her staff’s care that assured me, in spite of the obstacles I faced, I made the right choice about my health. I had the best experience going to Dr. Cohn plastic surgery! The office is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. I was able to get an appointment in a short amount of time which I was thankful for. I made an appointment for lip filler and I was a little nervous because most of the reviews I have seen were for his surgical procedures, but I am so happy I chose to go to him. He did such a great job and I am in love with the results. He listened to what my expectations were and made suggestions for the best possible result.I have been to other plastic surgeons for injectables but I will be returning to Dr. Cohn because I had the best overall experience.
