I used to dread going to the Verizon store because of the wait and the pressure to change plans. If you have Verizon go to this location and ask for Calvin. Great customer service. He met me on his day off to set up my new watch when he didn't have to. He has followed up with us on our new phones and has been excellent! I highly recommend him and this location.

This location is very helpful. However I have been with Verizon since 1992. I called customer service about a problem. They tried to get me yo change my plan which was 2 GB and only 53.00 a month. I told them I would think about it. They changed my plan without my permission to unlimited which costs me 70.00 a month plus other fees. I called customer service about problem was on the phone for 3 hours they said they would help me and call back which they did not do. I plan to change plans.

Was not able to complete the process of setting up in-store appointment online so called store and got prompt response to call by Randall. He immediately set up appointment for later that day so that we could review plans and upgrade phones. He was waiting at door to greet us at the appointment time; he was the ultimate professional and walked us through the process identifying how we could have better service at a more cost efficient price. He then reviewed each phone that we were interested in and matched our needs with the right phone. He never once attempted to "over-sell" us which has never been our experience in the past when purchasing phone equipment. He then reviewed upgrade discount offers and walked through the data transfer process from old phone to new. We were in and out in about 45 minutes which is an all time record. Randall was the most professional, personable, and honest phone services representative we have ever worked with and it made a huge difference in my perception of how this was going to be. The store was well prepared to practice safe social distancing and managing customers so that we felt completely "COVID safe". Highly recommend the store and certainly, if you have the option of customer representatives, work with Randall!

There was a little mixup on scheduling but the ladies were so nice and the facilities were so clean that I’m giving them a five star because they’re just wonderful

I am so thankful we finally have a lice treatment clinic in the area! I was so happy to hear, and the convenience location, and the availability hours of this business. Booked appointment and treated same day! For the entire family. The setting of clinic is very kid friendly, with movies, books and toys. Staff were AMAZING, friendly, very welcoming! We were very comfortable as soon as we stepped into the building, we felt like home! Thank you so much for being there for us!

Lice Spies is absolutely fabulous! I am a fellow lice removal expert from NY. I was just visiting from out of town and wanted to see a fellow colleague’s site. Although Cathy was super busy, she took the time to see me and show me around her place. Her place is fantastic, clean and friendly. Cathy is extremely professional and smart. I read the reviews and they are stellar. It seems like the one one-star review below is totally unfounded. I can totally understand Lice Spies’ position after a no show!! It is a total inconvenience and financial loss for us when someone doesn’t show. I’m sorry this review exists but I applaud Cathy’s professionalism and her sticking by her policy. You are awesome and I highly recommend your services to anyone in need of a lice saver!

There is so much to say about this place and its employees. The facility is clean and well taken care of and the job is done well and swift, making it the best place for lice problems. We were treated with respect and kindness by the staff and all together made for a great experience. Now I know where I am going to refer others:Lice Spies, the PERFECT place for all your lice to die.
