(March 3, 2020, 9:58 am)This gym is a welcoming place for people at all stages of their fitness journey. The coaches and fellow members have helped provide the plan, encouragement and accountability to help me lose twenty pounds.
Becca, Jake and Boone are great coaches who know their stuff. Come try a workout at this hidden Vestavia gem.
(February 29, 2020, 5:11 pm)So I joined in order to get fit, build strength, and hopefully correct all the pains I was having from just being lazy and out of shape (low back/shoulder). It’s been the ticket. Feeling great! The team there is amazing. Great teachers and they work with each member to help them scale exercises based on their individual abilities and limitations. I think the philosophy they have there shows and makes a difference.
One thing I didn’t expect was nutritional coaching. I initially signed up just to see what it was all about. Nothing ground breaking at first but having someone work with you to tailor a diet plan that is both effective and achievable has been great! Ellie is super energetic and engaging and provides continual feedback based on your needs. I never realized how much a good diet could affect your energy levels during your workouts, and improve recovery time so that you are ready to go the next day! Thanks to Ellie for showing me the way.
I highly recommend Laminin and if you have ever been curious about some nutritional coaching Ellie is the best. You’ll be surprised at the difference it makes!
(February 25, 2020, 3:56 pm)Love this place! And the coaches! And the programming! Went to another gym for a couple years that did Crossfit-style workouts and had a serious shoulder injury. Laminin is helping me reach my fitness goals-taking my shoulder into account in every workout-and I didn't know I could reach the level I am currently in...and wouldn't without them and their help.

(February 24, 2020, 11:51 am)If you are looking for a great workout and want to be surrounded by wonderful people, you need to come to Crossfit Laminin! The community is so welcoming and encouraging, and each workout is challenging but able to be scaled to meet your needs. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and desire to help everyone achieve their fitness goals, no matter how big or small. All in all, Laminin is a wonderful place, and I highly recommend it!
