“Im the kind of guy who almost had back surgery instead of physical therapy, becuase "hey Im a man-I know how to stretch!" My issue was I was doing an hour of cardio 7 days a week at age 49 and was'nt loosing weight. Krissi convinced me that I wasnt taking in enough calories?????? especially after my workout, I needed to refuel then. I needed protein or a meal. “This restaurant is a hidden gem because it’s in a strip of stores in a suburban neighborhood. The food is delicious! From their sides of hush puppies to their shrimp po boys to their many other entrees! Arrive early as this hidden gem has been found and gets very crowded. Sitting at the bar is a good choice too if you can’t wait and a seat is available. This restaurant is a wonderful asset to any neighborhood!”
