Y’all - you need to see these awesome folks…I had a basal cell carcinoma with some squamous epithelium removed from my face at the Huntsville office of Surgical Dermatology Group. Dr. Bergman and Maggie are beyond fantastic! I was encouraged to ask questions the whole time. They took great care in explaining, describing, treating, and offering aesthetically pleasing options for closing the area. I was very comfortable while there, and feel that my fantastic outcome is directly attributable to their professionalism, expertise, and experience. They are wonderful people who I’d enjoy hanging out with. Thank you so much!!

Everything about my visit was top rate. The facilities are very attractive. We were on time for our appointment and our registration was handled pleasantly, quickly and efficiently. The medical assistants and technicians escorted me back to the room where my procedure was to be performed immediately following my having completed the registration forms. They asked pertinent questions about my medical history, explained the procedure that was to follow and asked if I had any questions. Everyone I saw and spoke with were very courteous, polite and pleasant. I appreciated a priest coming in for a few minutes and offering a prayer for me and the surgeon. I was given medication to make me relax and I must have REALLY relaxed as I remember virtually nothing until my wife was brought into the room while I was putting my shirt back on. For it to have been a medical facility and a medical procedure performed, it was a pleasant, non-stressful event. I highly recommend Surgical Dermatology Group.

Great experience! Friendly, helpful people. Welcoming, quick moving. I was thrilled to be taken care of so quickly. Full body scan, and they took care of all my problems quickly and thoroughly.
They also recommended new medications to help both me and my wife. We had consecutive appointments, and they took care of both of us thoroughly and quickly.
They also were good to listen first and find out what we needed, then took care of these and more.

Was welcomed on time by the Chaplain and had prayer. The staff was so cordial and made me feel comfortable while getting me prepped. The surgeon was friendly with fantastic bedside manner. My experience was so positive I think I will go back just to say “hello” to those fine professionals. Makes cancer surgery so pleasant!

I traveled 2 hours for this procedure. Was concern that it was so far away. But we’ll worth it! This whole experience was a team effort from the receptionist to exiting and walking out the door. These people are so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Every second of this procedure was outstanding. I will recommend them and this location to anyone in need of their services. And the view is breath taking. Thank Dr. King and the team.
