It may took a while for me to find the right beautician, but I have found a stylist that meets my hair needs!? I contacted this professional stylist & she responded promptly. I expressed my concerns. She took the time to listen and I mean really listened & examined my hair. This master stylist with magic hands, did a magnificent job!?!? I had happy tears & showed my fiance and he loved it (plus, he knows I'm happy & I won't be complaining anymore, lol)! She had the time and patience to work with me, which means a lot. “From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt appreciated and a priority as a customer. My stylist, Hannah, was super sweet and actually took extra time during our consultation/services to understand what I wanted, gave me exactly that, and also carried on a nice conversation with me. I had about 8 inches cut off of my hair and Hannah was confident and supportive throughout the entire experience. What I wasn’t able to explain (by not knowing terminology) she was able to deliver by actually listening to me and making sure she knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut/styled. Everyone I encountered during my visit was so nice and welcoming. The salon was immaculately clean. I enjoyed my experience overall, but the service that Hannah gave me, including the hairstyle, but especially the hospitality, will be the reason I am going to be a returning guest. “Food is good but there are some very rude, unprofessional, and annoying teenagers at the drive through window. I recommend monitoring who you hire more. I felt very uncomfortable when getting my food and when you start driving away you can hear them either making fun of you or making terrible jokes. Edit: Because of the great response to my original review by zaxbys, I have changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars because they just showed that they care about community feedback unlike most places.”
