“This Dollar General located I wouldn't recommend to anyone who's in a wheelchair or has trouble walking or even someone who has no trouble walking down isles. It's completely NOT POSSIBLE AT THIS LOCATION TO WALK DOWN ANY ISLES. The store is in such disarray that at this point I believe it's a hazard. I actually heard a customer say her daughter she had to quickly leave the store due to she suffers from anxiety and not having room to walk down the isles ALONG WITH BOXES ON TOP OF BOXES put her in a panic state. There hours differ daily today they close at 2pm. The amount of unopened supplies is a huge 😳 problem. I visited the location over a week ago and assumed it just hadn't been stocked yet but today I see it's just not being done. So they're stacking supplies anywhere there's space and from my experience there's no more room to stack. This means there's ABSLOUTLY NO INVENTORY ON SHELVES. I wasn't able to buy any items I needed 😪. Be careful if you use this location it's a accident waiting to happen. Along with us customers that use this location currently can't buy from this store due to wall to wall unopened supplies. I don't recommend using The Dollar General at this location. I give this location a 1 outta 10 due to the dangerous conditions at this location. The Restrooms are not usable due to the filthy conditions Personally a huge clean up would maybe have me visit the store again. I said MAYBE. I found absolutely 💯 nothing that I could say nice or that I can say was in working condition from staff to supplies to using the facilities. WOW IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE TRULY UNBELIEVABLE. 😳”

“I was on my way to another store & stopped at the Dollar General at Ave H Ensley area, I’ve never been to this location. It certainly was meant for me to stop at this particular Dollar General, due to the fact that I found everything that I had been looking for at several other stores. (not Dollar General stores) Let me get to the best part & that is the CUSTOMER SERVICE, it was OUTSTANDING & worth writing this review! I was helped by a YOUNG lady name Sherrell she was friendly, courteous, kind & very helpful, along with being knowledgeable of her job. The cashier a YOUNG man name Issac was friendly & greeted me with a smile at the register, after paying for my products he said thank you ma’am & have a blessed day. Upon me leaving out the door they both said come back & shop with us again. CUSTOMER SERVICE is very important to me so there was no way that I was leaving this store, without complimenting & encouraging these 2 young people, Sherrell & Issac. There was also no way that I wasn’t going to writing this review. We as people always want to complain, which is fine if we have a problem, but we need to take that same energy & time to COMPLIMENT as well. I will definitely be shopping there again! “I had a bad experience about 10 months ago, but I realized that we all are human and nothing in life is perfect. However, since the one incident I had, my experiences after that have been impeccable.The staff is super friendly, and if I’m having a bad day, I’m going to always come out of this particular store smiling because of the consideration of the staff. I literally live in walking proximity of this location, so this is my first stop every other day to either get gas or snacks for my kids. I’m definitely pleased with this location as a whole. Thank you all, your kindness is very appreciated.”

“I gave this a 4 ⭐rather than 5 because there seems to be an enormous amount of stock waiting to be put out & boxes are EVERYWHERE! The staff is AMAZING! They are the nicest of any of the Dollar General Stores locally around in my opinion. I just hope they get the couple of employees there some help soon! I WILL continue to patron this location as I feel like it deserves it! It's a clean Store, striving for excellence with need of more employees!!
