It was a really great experience buying tools for Sonic. The guy who helped me out is awesome! Astounding customer service! His name is Bailey Pearson! If yall need anything he is the guy! He has a lot of “Patience “ when it comes to helping you out step by step all through the process of purchasing the tools. I’ve seen sonic tools before when I was in AMT school and I will say that they have a really great quality. And the Intermediate Aviation tool set is freakin awesome!

This is absolutely one of the best services I have ever encountered regardless of product purchased. Products are shipped to Canada quickly even when back orders. I couldn't be any happier. Oh, the tools I ordered are so nice, perhaps too good for a DIY mechanic, every single piece is smooth and precise, far superior than what the local home improvement store offers and everything I ever used. Most likely these tools will be the last tools I purchase. Will definitely buy from Sonic again.

I can’t express enough how amazing this company is. Few months ago I finally bit the bullet and bought a nice tool box full of tools from Sonic. During hurricane Florence my house was completely flooded, losing about everything I own. The 4-5 feet of water in my garage completely submerged my nice new tool box. Taking a real shot in the dark, I called Sonic tools to see where they drew the line with their warranty policy with no real hopes of getting any where. Jack heard me out and immediately gave me his personal number, had me send him pictures, and went to work. He called yesterday with some of the best news I’ve gotten in these last couple weeks. Sonic tools is sending me a brand new box with tools to replace mine, free of charge. If that isn’t the best warranty program out of any tool company then I don’t know what is! They have 100% gained a customer for life.
