Whitney Tisdale SLP

Mrs. Whitney has been instrumental in the development of my grandson with speech, assertiveness and being comfortable with other people that's isn't family. Within the year, he says the alphabet, says the phonetic sounds, mimics and repeats words. These things were challenging for him and now he's in school learning and speaking more.

Mrs. Whitney also assisted us in making sure we followed the guidelines and necessary resources and doctors for my grandson. Due to his Austism, we weren't knowledgeable about it and what he needed.

She is WONDERFUL, passionate, knowledgeable and loves her job and the children.

I would recommend her to anyone needing the services she provides.

My six-year-old son was diagnosed with Autism three years ago and has been receiving speech therapy for three years. Ms. Tisdale became his therapist less than a year ago when his long-term SLP retired. His transition to Ms. Tisdale was seamless. She customizes his therapy to meet his communication needs. My son loves going to Ms. Tisdale!

My 2 year old son was recently diagnosed with Autism and Whitney has been an absolute angel in helping him with speech. He adores her and is always excited to see her which is a huge deal because my son is weird about people in general. I always feel like a lot of professionals lack a sense of empathy and compassion when it comes to your child (and for the parent as well), but Whitney has never been that way. I can tell she cares about my son and cares about the progress that he makes which takes a huge burden off of my shoulders. No one wants their child to be miserable in therapy. I can also tell that she cares about how his actions impact me at home. I definitely recommend her!

My son loves Mrs.Tisdale! After a couple months of therapy I’ve noticed the dramatic change in my son’s ability to speak. Her love and passion to teach show’s through our kids ❤️

Our daughter really enjoys coming to Ms.Whitney. She makes it fun for her while she is working on her communication. Her speech has continued to improve. Ms. Whitney keeps us updated on her progress and gives us extra resources to work with our daughter at home. Highly recommended if you want the best for your child.
